You’ll be charged for your renewal orders according to the schedule you chose in your account — you’ll always get an email reminder a few days before we process your renewal payment. You can easily personalize your plan, change your deliveries, or cancel anytime. And shipping on your subscription is always free!
Like other online contact lens providers, we don’t deal directly with insurance companies — but if you have vision care coverage, you can submit your Aveo receipt for reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Yes! During sign-up, you’ll see a checkbox to indicate if you only need daily contacts for one eye. So that we can minimize our carbon footprint, we’ll send you twice the amount of contacts at a time and automatically reduce your Flex30 delivery frequency from every 4 weeks to every 8 weeks.
Not a problem! During sign-up, you can indicate which eye has astigmatism. We’ll send you one box of Aveo Joy for astigmatism and one box of Aveo Hello for the eye without astigmatism, and adjust your subscription price accordingly.
If we are verifying your prescription with your eye doctor, allow for up to 3 business days. If you are renewing your prescription with FreshRx, your Aveo prescription will be issued within 24 hours of completing your FreshRx vision test.
After your Aveo prescription is issued with FreshRx (within 24 hours) or your prescription is verified with your eye doctor (please allow 3 business days), it takes about 5 to 7 business days for your order to arrive via USPS. Any circumstances that affect the USPS (e.g., extreme weather, the holidays, COVID-19) may delay your shipment.
